ASX cancels Tricom special crossings

The Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) has cancelled off-market special crossings linked with struggling brokerage Tricom.
According to the ASX , the action was taken at Tricom's request.
The crossings involved large number of shares of notable listed companies such as Babcock and Brown, Hedley Leisure and Gaming, Arrow Energy that were picked up by Opes Prime during Tricom's recent troubles.
The cancellation involves 20 million of Babcock and Brown Wind shares, 10.7 million Hedley Leisure and Gaming shares and 10 million Everest Babcock shares, the ASX circular said.
Other companies involved in the action include Western Areas, Babcock Capital, Babcock and Brown Power, Babcock & Brown Capital, Pluton Resources Limited, Just Group Limited, India Equities Fund Limited,
The stock exchange also said that it would review the circumstances of the original crossing.
