    MDC last quarterly they were cash flow positive, so thats not true. CAU lucked out in the merger, which is why the financials were so good last quarterly, if it can continue is yet to be determined, there are others in the list that are on a good trajectory to be cashflow positive (ECS being the forerunner) but there is also a lot of crazp on the list too.
