Anyone trade these?
I'm contemplating joining up with CommSec, but have calculated that their initial margins are about 40% higher than for (for example) ETrade's OTC CFDs.
That's steep.
CommSec would seem to be safer than OTC CFDs (tho Etrade has nothing to do with the US ETrade, & is owned by the ANZ Bank). But the big margins put me off.
CommSec add 30% to the ASX's standard margins.
