ASX Changes Listing Rules, page-11

The 2017 annual report states that "The joint venture agreement with the Intermedia Group has allowed for a jointly produced executive travel series that has received support from global brands such as British Airways and Marriott International".

We know that those shows did get produced, so did they produce them independently or were Intermedia involved? It seems like they must have some sort of working relationship and 'BIG Intermedia Pty Ltd' entity is 50/50 owned, so would like to know who owns the other 50%?!
