ASX Changes Listing Rules, page-34

The article states: "Big Un who did acquire Intermedia assets, claimed prior to listing that they had entered into a joint venture with Intermedia."

I couldn't find any reference to Intermedia in the 2014 prospectus, so I have no idea about the basis for that statement. It doesn't seem to be backed up by the announcements.

The joint venture announcement on 13 Sept 2016 doesn't mention any previous joint venture agreement with Intermedia, it appears to be a new joint venture at that time.
