6) Last resort but potential takeover.

All of the above are points which can limit price fall on open.

To keep it balanced the negatives that will amplify a fall:

1) None of the above 6 points takes place
2) Heavy penalties by Asic
3) Massive accounting amd cash flow reinstatement and no growth in the three months since december. This is where its quite obvious that on present company announcement i.e. we continue to experice growth etc and youtube etc it would appear there is growth.
4) Further non disclosures or Asic find something huge.
5) There have been nil accepted customers. Contradicts company announcement of 791.

Regarding section 2, point 5, it appears that the company is still gaining accepted customers, if this glassdoor review from 4 days ago is to be believed:

We average about 10 each a week if all is good, but there are 30 of us in sales so someone gets a sale each day.

The review goes on to state, what we already know re "sponsored filming":

Many customers sign up only because we offer obligation free filming, so it never feels like we actually succeeded at the sale.

It also shows the impact the trading halt/media scrutiny is having on staff morale, as most reviews up until now have been positive when reviewing the company.
