It seems Sparc and partners are literally global leaders in developing ultra green hydrogen. Strategically Australia is at the cutting edge of green hydrogen development - research, investment, infrastructure - backed with a federal hydrogen strategy and a resources sector that needs green tech to function. There's a huge risk with Sparc because they're trying to do (backed by 7 years of university research) what nobody else has done. The question is does the investment community have the foresight to back this tech and will it work. Once someone catches a whiff PWS tech works, then Sparc is going to be the best investment in the micro/small cap space on the ASX. If it fails, hey.... you are a romantic fool.
