It is ironic that after researching the company and posting my research, the director resigns lol. My bearish analysis left me greatly disappointed with what I had found, and I felt like I wasted my time, but after seeing the director resign, I felt like I was certainly on the right track and I am glad I did not invest for all the above reasons I have listed.
