Merchant's pay a fixed fee for Paypal do they? Regardless of volumes?

If you mean fixed as in the rate charged is fixed on each transaction you might be getting a bit closer.
Do you even know how paypal's merchant products work?
Guess what bucko, that's not a fixed cost for accounting purposes. It's variable. Not all transactions are paypal transactions and they are dependent on transactions volumes.
The more you post the more I realise I'm not debating with somebody with a great level of knowledge in this area. No wonder you have over 100 bets on stocks.
