Unless you have tens of millions in liquid capital and are literally doing this for a laugh, that is a crazy amount to speculate with lol. You could just as easily have lost 20% of a suburban unit price in a matter of days/weeks day-trading!
I'll tip my hat to you for having balls, but I don't know how anyone could envy you. Like, if I watch someone dive into a pool of sharks and come out unscathed with a nice tan I'll be impressed, but I'm not about to follow you in lol.
