Management Changes at Pancontinental Oil & Gas NL
It is with regret that the Board of Directors of Pancontinental Oil & Gas NL announces that its
General Manager, Matthew Battrick, has tendered his resignation, with an effective release date of
January 31st, 2008. The Board would like to thank Matthew for his efforts over the last three years
and wish him well in his future endeavours.
The Board has identified a candidate with significant industry experience and is currently
negotiating with this suitably qualified person to replace Matthew. The Board advises that further
announcements will be made in due course, as the process of securing Matthew’s replacement
continues.
