When Kidman enter the JV with SQM it was for only 50% lithium interest. Kidman has always owned 100% interest in gold rights at Mt Holland and was conducting a strategic review of the gold rights with a small number of third parties. That was until Wesfarmers lobbed its bid of course, Kidman never actually finalised any transaction.
So with Wesfarmers now owning 100% Kidman, we own 100% gold rights.
