The water point is a good one which comes from the worlds No 1 producer being very high and dry...BHP spent Billions on new fresh water capacity and power with no material increase in production. Problem is made worse by all the neighbours not liking the country. The heavy lifting for copper is likely to come from other South American countries and central Africa.
