    IMO typical of what is wrong with the regulatory agencies and other similar entities these days.

    WRL zooms up and gets a speeding ticket............duh...........the underlying shares that it holds have zoomed up too!

    How D U M B can you get?

    Why don't they go after some of those really bad things?
