I've been having a closer look at the regulatory factors for this company. My prediction is that in the next 2 months the Medical Board will announce their new regulations for cosmetic injectables, and that when it becomes apparent that TFG's current business model doesn't work in the anticipated new regulatory environment the TFG share price will fall!

I also predict that when this happens investors will ask why more disclosure regarding this and other regulatory risks were not provided in the prospectus?! And investors will probably also ask if TFG rushed through the IPO before the Medical Board announcement because TFG were concerned that the anticipated changes would put significant pressure on TFG's performance.

Interestingly the recent submission by TFG's Medical Director to the Medical Board on cosmetic injectables contradicts TFG's current business model! Check it out here: www.AHPRA.gov.au and/or www.medicalboard.gov.au

I will reassess whether to make an investment in TFG in the next couple of months only AFTER hearing the Medical Board's announcement and hearing specifically how TFG is going to deal with any disruption to its current business model and strategies.
