For more specifics see the websites I included in my post ie: www.AHPRA.gov.au and/or www.medicalboard.gov.au For example, you'll find there a 29 or 30 November 2015 Press Release by the Medical Board of Australia (that I didn't see mentioned in the TFG Prospectuses) that states the proposed draft guidelines for the new regulations for doctors include:
My understanding is that a doctor consultation is required before any botox or filler injections are injected into a client. Currently, I'm told, TFG does a lot of these "doctor consultations" by Skype etc. thereby reducing TFG's operating costs. So if the Medical Board's new regulations require doctor consultations to be In Person (rather than via Skype) the increased cost and complexity of TFG's operations could be considerably more than hiring just 1 extra doctor as TFG estimates in its third prospectus.
