1) Clustered insider -Insiders may sell their shares for any number of reasons, but they only buy for one reason They think the share price will rise

The Soloman brothers run EDE and are the largest shareholders of EDE. They bought recently and also converted large loan to equity in EDE.

2) Credit Risk TICK - When a company does survive bankruptcy and thrives that's when you make the most money

EDE could soon have positive cash flow with international revenue stream. The continued revenue in increasing and consistent international sales of EDE products to Holcim is signalling a positive cash flow EDE in the near future.

3) Operational performance TICK - The share price has been depressed because of external market factors rather than poor decisions by management.

After years of hesitation, the international cement market has fully embraced a climate change mission. Companies are now actively seeking cement additives that help achieve climate goals and add value.
