@DoubleL..... Aren't ASX rules similar to the terms and conditions when one signs up to Twitter or any other service? They can put anything they want into the terms, and so, if you want to use the service, one must perforce agree.
ISX, and any other co. trading on the list, agreed to the terms and the condition that such terms could be changed anytime at ASX's discretion.
@Goldphish.... we need a piranha like set of choppers to make ASX re-write the Listing Rules...... perhaps Davies J. has just such a set to chew 'em up and spit 'em out again with legal clout to enforce ASX compliance.
