If the below-underlined points won't scare off ASX listed companies to move out of Australia, not sure what will?
The words 'Absolute Discretion' is a disgrace and goes against the basic principles of fairness, justice, respect. Even regulators such as ASIC do not mention absolute discretion in their defense. Shocking! Never seen such an absolute abuse of power. What chance do companies such as ISX have against such a bully?
