I see nothing really surprising from the ASX here.
They are relying very heavily on their own interpretation of listing rules. There are open admissions to a plethora of accusations from the ISX scattered throughout to which casts grave shadows to the state of their defence in my opinion. The ASX have referred to a letter from ISX that states that ISX are happy and welcome the chance during the suspension to clear their name. This is a far cry from the facts, the ISX didn't welcome the suspension...they welcomed the suspension to clear their name as they never should have been suspended.
I don't want this to settle anymore. I want this to be on the news, and on the forefront of the entire country to view. I want the ASX to be held accountable for gross negligence, bullying, and ignorance to their own listing rules.
All in my opinion
Bring it on!!
