Im no legal expert, but does above basically admit from the ASX that ISX will be awarded damages but obviously not to the extent that they are claiming. Am I fair to assume that the ASX know they will lose the case, then why are they still keeping ISX suspended is it so the court case can be completed and all stakeholders are informed of the outcome?
I could be wrong but above claim to me sounds like they know they will lose and will have to pay damages but not to the amount ISX is claiming.
Would this not mean that a class action from shareholders is now inevitable?
