Peros hasn't got the guts to show his face in Australia at another AGM, so I imagine the delisting will occur in the next 6 months. Off to the more sophisticated shareholder base of Germany. Sign of relief for Peros. Easy acquisition target for Schapera and Verano's Wellness Corporation SPAC who conveniently don't even mention there disastrous time on their resumes at Wellfully other then nearly copying the name. Who is the patsy going to be holding the empty can here in Australia? I'd say Andy Wortlock and his flock of very disgruntled shareholders. Love it when a good plan comes together.
