The CPS/Hatzipapas angle is interesting.

It seems as though one of the Hatzi family are also the subscriber for those 5 tranches of $100k in the placement. So not just the 30 million shares, but also another $500k investment (additional ~50 mil shares.)


"The Placement includes a subscription by Kryshatzi Pty Ltd Atf Kvh Trust(Subscriber), pursuant to a subscription agreement dated 31 March 2023(Subscription Agreement). Pursuant to the Subscription Agreement theSubscriber has agreed, subject to the requisite shareholder approvals having beenobtained, to subscribe for shares in 5 tranches of 9,090,909 per tranche, for asubscription amount of $100,000 per tranche, on 1 April 2023, 31 May 2023, 30 June2023, 31 July 2023 and 31 August 2023. All relevant approvals required for the issueof shares pursuant to the Subscription Agreement must be obtained on or before3 months from the date of the Subscription Agreement, failing which a party mayterminate the Subscription Agreement. The Company intends to issue furthercleansing prospectuses to facilitate each tranche of shares pursuant to theSubscription Agreement. The Subscription Agreement contains various otheraspects which are considered standard for agreements of this nature."
