May be a delist from ASX would enable the US list to rise to reflex the company asset values. Asset is in the heart land of US black gold rush. There is no reason to list AZZ on a market that doesn't appreciate or knowledge of the company asset value. In fact list on ASX will be a drag on the US list, because US investor will think twice why pay more for the US list when you get the same for dirt cheap in Aussie market. Since company doesn't raise money from Australia hence there is no need for ASX list
