i guess its fair enough to say we do not need the appeal to go mining i agree ....so why is it we need the appeal win to get a ML the lifting of our injunction allows us that right to accept one and the SI government the right to invite us to have a ML so we pay for our lawyers to go their to agree not to apply until after the court case . surely our Chairman Mr Williams who we pay 500,000 per year could have done this for us as now he is our legal consultant and its is now obvious we have just appointed another corporate lawyer .
