Immediate Notice of material information

Once an entity is or becomes +aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s +securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information.

Response from Winton after I sent a series of questions for the AGM....."We are completely transparent.
We can only discuss matters that are in the public domain"

I have still sent my questions for the chairman as I am unable to attend the AGM.
