    Headline in the Australian, "Asx dives on bank downgrades"!!

    Two French financial institutions get downgraded by Moody's and here we are using that as an excuse to tank by 1.7% while the french CAC and other euro markets open and remain in positive territory !!

    What in the hell is going on? Who exactly is taking the piss in this country?
