The market rewards good management with good strategic thinking.
You are effectively saying kos that, at least in your view, TIS dont want to nail their colours to the mast in case they need to change direction again. That suggests they are not overly confident themselves in their direction - it would hardly inspire great confidence by others...
I think most investors and the market would prefer a management that can confidently articulate its strategy and who are prepared to take shareholders into their confidence.
The fundamental problem with poor communication is that it does make the market question the company's direction.
