I have emailed the ASX a few weeks ago in relation to compliance with the ASX Listing Rules specifically Guidance Note 16.
In summary, today I received a reply stating the matter would be considered and investigated. If the matter is to be dealt with publicly a market announcement will be made in due course.
Lets hope this gets the ball rolling, good luck to all holders.
