yep and more builders going under did you see tradies walk of the job down there looks like pro build are going under if they go under the domino effect in construction will be huge driving up costs squeezing margins for contractors like FBR
Dark times for builders looming for sure as they continue to lose market share in the modular and 3 D industry only got to look in Europe the way residential construction is going same here in the US very few homes are brick here very few. The market for bricks is shrinking big time
