As previously stated low percentage volumes dosnt support any theories of a takover
Wont be long before LJ convert shares as RCP probably owe around the $600K to $1M mark for working capital this September QTR . The increase in volumes if maintained may help off load some RCP shares when LJ convert and keep RCP debt manageable.
