heheh, sorry Im just having a laugh here cause you have to give Armstrong credit. Bottom of the economic conditions are June 2011. The move form US Govt Public to Private starts later this year. Meaning stock up in June for the start of the next cycle where funds move from govt bonds to private share value. Its all makes sense if you read the tea leafs!!!!
