CR's are often around 10% discount to previous 5 day VWAP, given we've only had volume for a few days, it depends on when it was put out, 10-12c is my guess. Would like to see it done at 11 or 12 obviously but it's likely to be 10c IMO, has a certain symmetry to it with the oppies. It was very obviously coming, we posted about it here last week after last announcement, moreover given the financials its been obviously coming for some time. I just wanna see something good come of it, but given how much Craig is bilking FGR for, this won't be the last CR...
