You keep proving your flaw in your argument because it contains a bunch of IF statements. If they get a ML for SJ, heck IF SJ is even viable which I do not think it is. If they get Kolosori back. If the sp responds they way you think it will.
That is the flaw in your argument. They are based on your personal and biased opinion on what may happen but you cannot back up any of your opinions with actual facts. For RM it does not matters if all your IF statements ever eventuate or not because he has already cashed in his chips. Why has RM already cashed in his chips? Because he does not know if all those things will ever eventuate. He may certaintly hope they will but he has, as you and every other ramper keep stating, no control on the outcome. So he did the smart thing, for him anyway, bump his salary to extreme levels so he has no skin in the game if everything goes pear shape.
As for the performance bonus, they matter nothing. As I said, he already cashed in his chips. The performance bonus are just that, a bonus. Not like he needs them when on $1m p.a.
