In my opinion SJB has hit the nail on the head - his argument is that the glass is effectively empty due to RM slurping down the contents (shareholders money) and, given his proven propensity for slurping from the glass, SJB, myself and others believe that if any moolah hit the kitty, RM and his cobbers will slurp a goodly proportion on it up, leaving a few drops so that the drips will think the glass is half full.
So, as far as your "half full" missive is concerned, I think I've fixed it for ya.
And to use that well-worn statement from our illustrious (and thankfully absent serial commenter), RJB has restricted himself mainly to facts and is definitely not skating on thin ice.
In fact your comment, which is implicitly a threat, is a bluff on two counts: 1. it is easily countered in court by by the defence of "fair comment" and 2. the smell of any court case would not be conducive to the success of RM's plan so it isn't on.
