Most likely a fund manager transferring loaned stock from one fund to another, probably related to short trading. Regal fund managers as the trustee of a number of long-short funds springs to mind.
Sorry if that puts paid to all the chatter and speculation that someone with deep pockets is planning something or that a partnership is about to be announced etc...
