JPM are the Meso Nasdaq custodians, so any movement in registered ADRSs will be disclosed there, eventually.
It is a relatively simple process to shunt from one market to another, if you have the right broker.
Is it possible some stock is being shunted into ADRs. Sure.
Also possible just somebody changing nominee companies.
Same owner means same owner.
Mr G could be moving some from Citi to JPM, Aus to US.
Regardless if it is material, disclosures will have to be made......eventually!
