regardless of the 'push/ shove' scenario, which I admit is conceivable (tho' not likely IMO), don't forget that there are larger personal shareholders than CEO Itescu represented on the Board, & all voted unanimously for Jane Bell. I think, when all's said & done, every one of the Board members and significant shareholders (I presume they were polled informally) can see her appointment right now as in the best interests of shareholders as a whole.
Oh, and did you happen to notice who's now chair of the Audit & Risk Committee i.e. with his finger on the purse-strings. It's clear to me that Dr George is making his influence felt. I see this as stabilising at a critical time for the company.
