    I begin from the assumption the typical institutional buyer is not an idiot
    and for MSB or Meso sp rises to completely escape their notice is not believable..

    The only reason I can think of is buying a speculative biotech which has had a bad history with the FDA is scary until proven otherwise.
    OK there is Japan and there is a little income, I get that..

    So what is the risk if you have 100's thousands on the line which is historically red but now jazzed up like Photoshop to look green-ish?
    Solid green would be FDA approval and/or public anns from GG of intentions - including a welcome note or partnership hint from our CEO.
    There are rules and protocols, I get that too.

    I don't know - but I do know my future in the hands of one man who likely knows what he's doing - but is not sharing it with the company (that we know of)....
    The really scary part is that the whole biotech and pharma world is watching, and sitting on their hands. Not one that we know of is buying into this.
    Very scary. Is the promising stem cell future that boring?

    After so many years begging for new cash and struggling with the FDA, in my opinion we are WELL KNOWN in biotech circles.
