It is too early to know what are GG's intentions, but I do know if there is a TO proposal, the long funds would have smell it and would have competed with GG to take a a good holding position.
Or maybe, GG intentionally moved too fast to build his blocking holding of 20% and the long/ other instituational funds were too slow to react.
It is a very cleaver strategy by GG as he aquaired vast amount of shares in a very short period ( 2 weeks) and with conviction where the price moved from $0.30 to $1.20
It is too early to know what are GG's intentions, but I do know...
