Well I failed the gamble thinking that Novartis will help with expertise and may be some influence to get this cleared by FDA. This time round surgcentre and GG may not be as big as Novartis but unlike Novartis they own a big chunk of MSB shares and would like to profit in more than one ways with the approval.
