re "simply a change of nominee company. Same owner, different safekeeping so to speak. ", I can't tell from browsing the various ASX code descriptors & trading platform signal/ reference manuals what ASX means when it says 'same owner' on these cross trades.
I wonder if a nominee (custodian) can effect a transfer of beneficial ownership between ASX & NASDAQ exchanges 'under the radar' so to speak.
One thing I feel confident about is that there's money involved. Yep, I feel strongly about that.
