Here we go. At least The Australian is on the ball! The government needs to take the regulatory responsibility out of the hand of ASX as the current arrangement, as it is being played out, displays a gross conflict of interest both on the part of ASX and the stock lenders who as custodian of the super funds are effectively destroying the value of the funds they are looking after.
