So, you aren’t bothering to read the announcement or can read but just didn’t see this part:

we would also take this opportunity to remind you and the directors of ISX that an officer or employee of an entity who gives, or authorises or permits the giving of, materially false or misleading information to asx under the listing rules:
@ [paraphrase] commits a criminal act punishable by up to five years in jail
@ [paraphrase] enables a criminal act punishable by up to two years in jail”
that’s the warning. In black and white. Extremely common commentary from asx, no? You see it in their statements to companies all the time, right?
