ASX Incompetent?, page-432

I have finally received a reply from ASX compliance this morning.
The letter wordings were similar to the replies received and previously posted by Green Hornet (Re posts 41636411 and 41687765).

Absolutely no comments from ASX on some of the issues I have raised:
1) Mr Damian Roche and Identitii.
2) The unsuspension of the big 4 (share trading) whilst under investigation.
3) Assurances that confidentiality of information would remain secured.

The letter finished by saying “Please be assured that ASX is doing all it can on the circumstances to reach an appropriate resolution to this matter”

Depending on your interpretation, the last sentence may mean something or absolutely nothing.
