It becomes a private company. You will still have a shareholding but you can’t trade it. Only way to exit is through a private sale (ie you will engage a buyer and sign a transfer etc.), company gets bought out or it re-lists on another exchange.
More realistically, you’re stuck till it either goes bust or becomes the next PayPal.
