I doubt it. You really should write to ISX investor relations. Some questions along the lines of:

1. Have you answered ASX latest questions? When were they submitted?
2. Have you received confirmation that they were received?
3. Were there any follow up questions? If so, have you answered these & when were they due/sent?
4. How many face to face meetings have you had with ASX to try to resolve the queries?
5. Is ASIC still investigating? Are you co-operating & when do you suspect their investigations to conclude?

ISX will know far more than any of us.
