any seller that appeared at 20c could have been snapped up if a buyer was enthusiastic enough to do so. price manipulation is rubbish in decent companies, the bottom line is QTK is a stock that is treated with much scepticism and until they show the $$$ it will remain that way.

management are trying to turn sentiment with good announcements but few are biting. this stock has a shocking history and will have to prove itself before people give it a second chance.
