Lol - what can the regulators do about the market being crazy and bidding stocks to five times their value. They can't stop BS reports being written. PLS reminds me a bit of TON and LNG (not that I think PLS will go broke like TON did). They should raise the funds to complete their project on market as equity while the SP is crazy.
