As stated by the company in its response to yesterday's ASX aware query:
"However the Board is concerned that there is a permanent short position in our shares and anecdotally consistent reports of unusual manipulations of our share price are constantly being reported to us by our shareholders".
The ASX is now on notice. We demand it takes steps to ensure trading in Kingsgate is consistent with the Corporations Act.
I feel this warrants a new thread.
